Do You Take Custom Orders
Thank you for your interest in our designs. Due to the high volume of orders we receive each day, we are unable to take any custom orders. We do introduce new releases weekly, so be sure to come back and view our products often or follow our social media pages to be the first to know about our newest designs.
Do You Offer Returns or Exchanges
The item(s) you have ordered are custom and handmade just for YOU. Because of this I do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been delivered damaged or defective. If the item is damaged, it needs to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please message me if you have an issue...your satisfaction is my priority.
All items are Handmade to order - and because of this we DO NOT accept Returns or Exchanges. All Sales are Final.

RUSH FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
Please make sure you check the sizing chart on all items. This will help ensure that you are receiving an item that properly fits.
What are your Processing Times
Due to a high volume of orders coming in each day, our current production time have increased from 1-3 business days for rush orders and 7-10 business days for standard orders. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.
