Shipping

ALL ITEMS IN MY SHOP ARE MADE TO ORDER.

Items are shipped out in 2-3 weeks after the item has been ordered and paid for. 

NEED BY DATE: If you did not do so at this time, please message us through  immediately if you need your order sent out earlier and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional costs may apply.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

You have an option of First Class Mail which takes on average 2-5 days for delivery.  Priority Mail. Shipping within the US takes 2-3 days ON AVERAGE (it can take longer, especially during the busy holiday season). All orders are shipped with USPS .

SHIPPING TIMES: 

All items are shipped through the USPS and include a tracking/delivery confirmation number. This number will be emailed to you when item has been shipped .

IMPORTANT:

I always ship orders on time, however, once a package leaves my shop, I have no control over, nor can I be held responsible for any delays, losses or damages caused by the courier. Any shipping information I provide is based on the information the couriers make available at the time of inquiry. 

DELAYS, LOSSES, DAMAGES:
I cannot refund any orders, which are delayed, lost or damaged by the courier. If Priority Mail is chosen at checkout, insurance is provided for up to $50 per package. 

RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is returned to my shop because it is marked undeliverable (wrong or insufficient address, no forwarding address, etc.) I will inform the customer immediately. The customer will receive a request to correct the address as well as a link to purchase re-shipping. I will hold the package for 10 weekdays after contacting the customer, after 10 weekdays it will be donated. 
I cannot refund returned packages, since all items are made to order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:
If you provided an incorrect shipping address when ordering, you can message me and I will try my best to correct the error. However, I cannot guarantee it even if I acknowledged the receipt of the correction.
